Dear all,

lobSTR has been an important tool for my projects. However, my new dataset has hg38 as reference.

Does anyone have the files: hg19 lobSTR index and lobSTR_codis_hg19.bed for hg28?

I also would like to know if there is an easy way to build the STR reference file for different STRs?
