trouble in motif calling

Hi Melissa and All
In my VCF file of microsatellite loci called by lobSTR, there are some loci that their repeat motif are not correct. for example in a locus the allele is CACACAC. this later C is an addition and makes the allele calling trouble. I would like to know why this trouble happens in calling with lobSTR and what is the suggestion in this situation??
