1000 Genomes Project lobSTR Calls

Hi,

I'm working with data from the 1000 Genomes Project.

I noticed that on the lobSTR website, there is a link to the following: lobSTR calls for Phase 1 of the 1000 Genomes Project

I just wanted to confirm if these calls were generated using hg19 as the reference genome?

Additionally, I was wondering if your research group also generated the data found at the following link: /1000g/ftp/release/20130502/supporting/strs/ which appears to be lobSTR calls for Phase 3 of the 1000 Genomes Project?

I would appreciate if anyone could clarify the reference genomes used for both of these datasets.

In case anyone is also curious about this, I have contacted 1000 Genomes about this and they have confirmed that the reference genome used at /1000g/ftp/release/20130502/supporting/strs/ is hg19.
