ANN: Lobos 0.8 released!

Here it is, the long awaiting 0.8 version with the migrations feature. There's not much else to say about this release.

I've changed the roadmap so the next version will be 1.0, which won't contain any new features as most planned changes are internal. There's might be some minor changes to the API and I highly suggest to anyone interested in this project to tell me if they think there's any flaws in it as the API will not change after that until version 2.0.
