Positioning length of fretboard along Y axis on my Desktop CNC for Fretboard app?

Is there a way I can reprogram the Fretboard app to position the length of the fretboard along the Y axis instead of the X? My XZero Raptor CNC has a work range of X 18 Y 42, so if I can position along the Y axis, I wouldn't have to re-position my fretboard during the cut. Its a VERY useful app tho, thank you! I'm just beginning to use CNC to build guitars now and having a blast.

Probably the easiest thing for you to do would be to use a text editor on the g-code file and substitute X for Y and Y for X.
