PIC-servo SC IC with LOBO

I am playing around with the BeagleBone black, and was considering doing my own cape for it.  I was curious if the PIC-SERVO SC ICs would work with the LOBO?  I was going rouse the same motors and encoders. I was jut considering doing my own board and with a host controller via the BEAGLEBONE Black.  

So if I built it around your ICs, would it still give me the same servo level control.
