LoboCNC Anyone added a 4th axis(rotational axis)?

I am considering purchasing the parts to build a LoboCNC mill. But I was curious about adding some type of rotational axis? I want to machine delrin into wheels and what not and am looking for an affordable means of doing so. Any advice, suggestions and generally input would be most appreciated.
