Blues shredder Jacob Banks is ready for air in his impassioned new song "Chainsmoking." On the latest track from his forthcoming debut The Boy Who Cried Freedom EP, the singer bellows about an irresistible love that's detrimental but addicting. In a soul-shaking timber, Banks sings, "It's getting harder to breath, chainsmoking your love/ Can't be good for my sanity/ Can't be good for my lungs."
On his newest single, "Chainsmoking," British singer/songwriter/producer Jacob Banks connects the dots between love, romance, obsession, and addiction, comparing a love affair gone wrong to smoking too much.
