Ordering replacement registration documents does not renew your rego or extend its expiry date. If your registration is due to expire within 6 weeks, consider renewing it online rather than ordering a replacement.

You no longer need a registration certificate if you're buying or selling a vehicle (including a car, caravan, motorcycle or trailer). You can complete a notice of disposal or transfer of registration online.

Ideally, all REGOs within the April-March period should be transferred to the suppliers by the end of following April (e.g. for the period 1st April 2021-30th March 2022, you should transfer certificates to the offtaker by midday on 30th April 2022).

If you have any more questions about maximising REGO certificates value, transferring REGOs or selling REGOs, get in touch with our team of renewable power and certificate trading experts at [email protected]

After you click on the "Search" button, a list of possible companies will be displayed. The most recent registration number for each company is given next to the company name. Click on the "Details" button at the end of the line to see a short report of the company information with each of the registration numbers associated with that company record. The most recent registration is given at the bottom of the list. Click "View/Print" to see and print a copy of the certificate.

A Hazardous Materials Certificate of Registration will be issued for each completed application. The certificate contains the assigned Registration Number, the registration year or multi-year period covered by the registration, the date the particular copy was issued or reissued, and the expiration date. Please note that registrations cover the period between July 1 of the first of the "Registration Year(s)" on the certificate through June 30 of the second of those years. The first six characters of the Registration Number represent the date the application was processed as mmddyy. Certificates issued after May 1, 2012, will also display an HM Company ID. Company searches in the On-Line Registration Service and through the "Company Registration Look-Up" may be performed through this HM Company ID.

The certificates for applications submitted through our On-Line Registration Service can be printed through that service after the payment has been confirmed. A receipt with the certificate attached will also be e-mailed to the e-mail address supplied on the payment page. The On-Line Registration Service also provides means of requesting that a certificate be mailed. Certificates will automatically be mailed for applications submitted by mail.

Copies of the registration statement and the certificate of registration must be kept for three years at your principal place of business and must be available for inspection. Motor carriers and vessel operators must also have on board a copy of the current certificate of registration, or another document bearing the current year's registration number identified as the "U.S. DOT Hazmat Reg. No." Every truck or truck tractor or vessel you use for the transportation of a hazardous material that meets the registration criteria must have this proof of registration on board.

Desperately need advice - I have lost my rego papers and need them to trade in my car on Wednesday. Can I go into access Canberra and get a copy or do I need to order them online??? Very stressed right now.

A vehicle registration certificate is an official document providing proof of registration of a vehicle. It is used primarily by governments as a means of ensuring that all road vehicles are on the national vehicle register, but is also used as a form of law enforcement and to facilitate change of ownership when buying and selling a vehicle.

In the European Economic Area (EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), vehicle registration certificates are governed by the European directive 1999/37/EC.[1] The information contained in these registration certificates includes:

A taxpayer wanting to file a separate excise tax return covering a branch location may apply for a separate account ID. A registration certificate will be issued for each location and will represent a separate account.

When a change in ownership or legal entity occurs, a new business license application must be completed and filed. The original certificate must be destroyed. Any further use of the prior owner's registration number after closing and final tax reporting is prohibited.

Effective February 1, 1989, the owner of a boat, 16 feet in length or greater, in Wisconsin, whether or not the boat is operated on the waters of this state, is required to hold a certificate of title.

If a titled boat is financed, the unsatisfied lien will be indicated on the certificate of title. Before the certificate of title can be transferred into a new owner, the seller must satisfy all outstanding liens and provide the buyer with a lien release from the lender. Lien release documents must identify the lien holder listed on the title, the boat owner on account, and the boat by hull ID number or Wisconsin registration number. A lien release can include a signature from the lien holder in the lien release section of the certificate of title, a signed letter (on company letterhead) from the lien holder or the signed lien notice provided by the Department.

A safety inspection is required for all used cars, trucks, tractors, trailers, motorcycles, special equipment, and class "B" for hire vehicles being titled and registered in Maryland. They must be inspected by a licensed Maryland inspection station, such as an automobile dealer, service station and specialized automobile service center. A certificate of inspection, issued within 90 days of the vehicle to be titled, must accompany the application for a title. Please compare the vehicle identification number (VIN) on the inspection certificate with the one on the vehicle and the vehicle ownership documents to make certain they all agree. Altered inspection certificates will not be accepted.

Once we receive and process your application, required documents, and payment, we will issue you a registration certificate, which states the number assigned to your boat, and two decals. A REGO certificate acts as a guarantee to energy consumers, proving that a certain amount of energy was produced from renewable sources. Under the REGO scheme, one certificate is issued per megawatt hour (mWh) of energy produced from solar, wind, tidal energy, hydroelectric power, or other sources that the scheme defines as renewable.

REGO certificates have played a big part in this, as they are the proof the provider needs to be able to make the claim that their tariffs are 100% green. You might wonder what the problem is with this - what if we told you that, under the REGO scheme, a provider does not need to have generated renewable energy itself to hold a REGO certificate? Stay with us.

At The Switch, we believe that a loophole has meant that REGO certificates have become separated from renewable energy generation, which was obviously never the intention of the scheme. We hope that this loophole will soon be closed and that providers will be made to work a bit harder to be able to call their tariffs 100% renewable in the future, but for now energy consumers will have to be wary of providers calling themselves green.

Remember to display your certificate at your place of business at all times. This certificate does not indicate clearance for zoning, fire code, occupancy, or any other city, county, state or federal permit or license, which may be required for your type of business.

You can only register a firearm if you have a Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) and the firearm was verified. You must have a valid registration certificate for each restricted or prohibited firearm you own.

To replace a lost, stolen or damaged registration certificate, please submit a Firearms Documents Replacement Request (form RCMP 5515). Up to four (4) registration certificates can be replaced for a total of $10 if all replacements are requested at the same time.

Canada Fax: 902-424-0720 Application Forms & Process: A Provincial Certificate of Registration proves who owns a vehicle (technically, it certifies that the ownership of a vehicle is properly registered to some particular person or business). When an owner signs their Certificate of Registration over to someone else (and there is a section right on the certificate for doing this), the ownership of the vehicle is immediately transferred to that person. However, the name of the new owner has not yet been properly registered with the Province. To do this, the new owner contacts the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and registers as the current owner of the vehicle. This is usually done when the new owner goes to get their Vehicle Permit and licence plates. (See also Additional Information, below...) As a new owner, to apply for a Certificate of Registration, you must fill out the relevant sections of the Application for Ownership, Permits and Plates. You can get this form by mail, or from any of the offices listed above (see Where you can get..., above). For information on Identification Requirements, please visit the Registry of Motor Vehicles website. Submit the completed form to the Registry in person or by mail, along with the applicable fee. (See Price & Payment, below...) Waiting Period: In person: none
