Adding a third party integration

Hello,

We are looking into adding a third party integration into our GnG instance but can't seem to figure out which files need to be updated in order for the integration to be added and available once deployed.

We have pip installed the library and updated our app.yaml to set up the required handler but everything seems to get stripped upon deployment. 

Do you have any insight into what steps would be required to include a third party integration?

Does this have to do with the bazel config?
