Is Grab and Go still usable?

With Google changing store requirements and no updates in a while is Grab and Go still usable? If so for how long?

Yes, we'd be interested too. Having killed our first one off recently, now there's a desire to get Grab 'n Go running again. What's the best way forward? I'd rather not spend time to get it running again, only to find that it's deprecated.
