how to kill the Loaner application

to Grab n Go Loaners

Hi everyone, we stopped using Grab 'n go and I'm trying to shut down the application. There's been quite a few changes to the Admin console and I can't quite close it down. I'm left with "default" service still running and I can't delete it. All other services have been shut down.

Is there a way to shut this down?

If you're looking to remove the project altogether in Google Cloud Admin click the ... menu in the upper right, then click project settings and then "Shut Down." If you just want to shut down App Engine but keep the project go to App Engine > Settings and click "Disable Application"

thank you Joe, yes, I managed to disable the application, I don't want to shut down the project because I'm using it as a container for other work, such as BigQuery.

I went to https://console.cloud.google.com/cloudtasks?project=h.... and shut down all the tasks that were running but the "default" task will not -is it possible to shut that down too?

I don't believe you can delete the last version, but as long as you have shut down App Engine in the setting it shouldn't be serving

OK, thank you Joe. And thank you and your team for a really great application, which was fantastic for device management. The pandemic killed it off for us, as I think that virtually all our devices are now allocated to individuals now. Chrome devices (books, boxes and Meet) are part of our everyday life and they've been superb!
