Job Description

Cognos Finance/10/TM1 Architecture, Operations

Configuration changes

Stabilize

Patches

Robust Monitoring

 

Knowledge in:

 

·         Financial and accounting general knowledge to better assist users

·         Excel to validate report calculations in CF reports

·         CF reporting to assist with system folder reports maintenance and users questions

·         CF Excel Interface troubleshooting

·         CF troubleshooting for reports, corrupted submissions, corrupted files and others.

·         CF batch reporting to assist during users and financial bursting

·         CF financial data flow that results in usable data for reporting

·         CF Define Items including “Dimensions” updates and accounts validation

·         CF function with in modules – “Maintain Submissions”, “Calculations Tables”, “File Processing”, “Calculate Submissions”, “Extract”, and “Security”

·         DTS jobs configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

·         Batch file script to assist with Monthly Financial Bursting if that is the case (mass file move batch instructions)

·         Good communications skills to assist users from MGM business teams
