Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or Cerner Millennium technical consulting.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL) development and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle database environments.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations, migrations, optimization, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience translating clinical/business requirements into technical and data specifications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Linux, and enterprise data extraction or migration methodologies.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Experience with healthcare reporting environments and interoperability/integration workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOA development and distributed systems concepts.
• Knowledge of networking, system performance tuning, and enterprise application support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing or supporting applications/services using one or more of the following technologies:
• Java
• C / C++
• Python
• Perl
• OCI
• Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting Cerner Millennium production environments in large healthcare organizations.
• Experience serving as a Senior Cerner Consultant or Technical Lead.
• Familiarity with enterprise healthcare reporting and analytics platforms.
• Experience working in highly regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
