After the update, confirm that the new version has been installed successfully by following the steps in the Check the firmware version section. If the firmware version shown is 4.1.0, the upgrade was successful.

Even though the update failed during the process, check the firmware version. If the version shown is 4.1.0, the firmware update was successful. If not, try the firmware update again. You can check the version from the Sony Headphones Connect app setting. To find out how to check the version, go to Check the firmware version on this page.

You can also download from but the links to current versions of software (including Vegas Pro 13.0) will redirect to the MAGIX sales pages where you can only download the current MAGIX version.

You need someone to upload the software somewhere for you to download? I am not aware of other options at the moment. I agree that the installers need to be made available from MAGIX eventually (ASAP).

Hello to all. I am trying to find the software for vegas movie studio hd platinum 11.0. I'm not lazy, I am just not that great at knowing what the file name would be in the downloads. Would someone please help me?

Not sure if this is the correct thread, but any help here would be appreciated.I have been having more trouble than I can think of with this change over to Magix, I bought VP13 on 7/27/16 with upgrade to 14 in Sept. I recently uninstalled vegas to do a clean install and now I cannot activate it, says "server error 32". I'm glad Vegas has been given new life, but so far this has been a real disaster for me over past week as I have not been able to use it and support has taken 48 hour or more to respond. So, just be careful if you go to do an uninstall and then clean reinstall as that seems to have created havoc for me. Don't let it happen to you!

NOPE! I appreciate your trying to help, I did exactly as it said, but it wont allow me to register after I enter the S/N, it says "server was unable to complete the operation" then gives me a redirect to get a an (alternate activation method) activation number by giving a machine ID, which it gives me. When I insert the machine ID and serial number it sends me to the SCS website where I have to click "software registration" hyperlink, this gives me a couple dropdowns, one has vegas pro 13 with its corresponding S/N. I click that then enter the generated machine ID. When I press active it gives me this "The server was unable to complete the registration as requested. [-32]". Thats it! Gotta tell ya, this has got to be the worst software activation problem I have ever had. Hope this isn't happening to anyone else who needs to get some projects finished, like the 5 wedding videos I need to be working on over the past week.

Not sure whether you're trying to install the SCS version (build 453) or the MAGIX version (build 543). I guess it's the MAGIX version if you bought it with the upgrade, so I don't know why it would send you to the SCS website. The only thing I can think of is to try installing the other installer that you haven't tried already, and probably deleting that License folder again if you encounter a problem.

I was just looking at Magix's Vegas page and since I recently bought Vegas Pro 13, were the Nectar Elements dialog processing plug-in by iZotope and Video Essentials VI plug-in a separate download? If so, where can I get them?

It's registered. It leads me to a Magix page and does not allow me to DL like when I used Nicks link to DL Vegas Pro suite (it had the Link ID and I was logged in). The download link from my software page doesn't work anymore, it's straight to buy the magix version.

Thanks, all!! I did look around Magix site, but don't see anywhere they store the old versions. They should really consider doing this. I also bought 14 and then went to register it, but, it's already registered. I can't find a place that shows me that in my account.

My updated version says 14.0,.... 15.2 tried to install, but there was a compatability issue. I am not really clear why. How would I be able to get 15.2, not familar with compatibily mode. Whats compatability mode.Thats a first for me.

I had a call just now and Zoom autoupdated and now my Sony camera won't work. Running latest Zoom version on Mac with MacOS at 13.2.1. Never had issues with the Sony as a webcam and now I just get a message from Imaging edge. Check out the screenshots. Tried different cables, reset the camera, adjusted security preferences etc. Camera shows up as an option in Zoom but won't connect.

My camera doesn't come up at all, I only have the option to use built in camera on my Mac, I know the computer recognizes my camera because I can use the Imaging edge remote, viewer and edit apps on my computer just fine, the problem occurs only once its time to zoom. I record interviews via zoom so as you can guess this is a huge pain in me lol.

I think we all need to hear back from zoom on this issue. I believe it is a update that they have installed within their coding that prevents Sony Imaging Edge or other Sony cameras/software from being used.

This is 100% a zoom issue. Your post is correct for MacOS Sonoma but many people are having this issue with software versions other than Sonoma after updating Zoom. They must have updated coding that was similar to what Apple did.

I tried following these directions but it did not fix the issue in Zoom. The Sony Webcam / Imaging Edge integration works perfectly in Slack Video Calls, so I believe it's a Zoom-specific integration issue.

I'm having the same Issues. I did the Recovery mode terminal command as mentioned above, and after i did, my Sony A6500 showed up as an available camera in ZOOM, it did not before. But now when i select it, there is nothing but a blank screen in the video preview box. The camera works perfectly with Microsoft Teams, as well as the Sony Imaging Remote app, so i know it's not a communication issue between Sony and Apple. The Problem seems to be completely on ZOOM side.

Confirmed. I am using the latest version of ImageEdge and still no luck.

Am I better off to update my Zoom again and just wait for their eventual update? I need optimal performance from Zoom for an upcoming webinar where I'm the host.

In Zoom video settings, "OBS Virtual Camera" pops up, but it is just a graphic with a crossed out video camera icon. And in my OBS Mac app there is no "Virtual Camera" option at all. And Sony's 'Imaging Edge' screen no longer pops up in Zoom's video settings like it used to.

Thanks very much - I tried downloading 5.16.10 from uptodown and it said "downloading" but nothing downloaded... however many times I tried, even when disabling adblock, privacy badger etc - any ideas? Thanks

I've been working with Zoom on this issue. I went through several levels of support and eventually worked with the engineering team looking at logs and doing test meetings. They have a fix for this bug that will be included in the upcoming version 6.0.0 release.

Follow the instructions below to check the system software version. If the system software version is Ver.4.01, the update is not required.
Note: If the Date/Time setting screen appears when you turn on your camera, be sure to set the date and time to the correct values.

With Adobe Camera Raw, you can enhance raw images from many different cameras and import the images into various Adobe applications. Supported applications include Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom, Photoshop Elements, After Effects, and Bridge. The tables below list all cameras that the Camera Raw plug-in (versions 1.0 through 15.4) supports.

You can get the latest camera support for older versions of our software through the free Adobe DNG Converter. For more details and troubleshooting camera support, see Photoshop or Lightroom doesn't support my camera.

Camera Raw does not support compressed MOS & IIQ files from Leaf cameras. If you cannot open your MOS or IIQ files in Camera Raw, try using a camera proprietary converter to remove the file compression. Proprietary converters include Leaf Raw Converter and Phase One Capture One.

Camera Raw does not support compressed MOS & IIQ files from Mamiya cameras. If you cannot open your MOS or IIQ files in Camera Raw, try using a camera proprietary converter to remove the file compression. Proprietary converters include Leaf Raw Converter and Phase One Capture One.

(**) Support for Nikon Z 8 Pixel Shift images is currently available only in Camera Raw 16.1.1. Support in Lightroom products will be added in a future release. In the meantime, Z 8 Pixel Shift images can be converted to DNG in Camera Raw 16.1.1 or exported to a non-raw format such as TIFF in Nikon NX Studio and imported into Lightroom.

** Sony Composite RAW images (AXR) are not currently supported. To work with these images in Camera Raw or Lightroom, first convert AXR files to a compatible format such as TIFF using Sony Imaging Edge Edit.
