Dear Fellow Apartment owners
We are pleased to inform you that on the 11th instant. we registered the second lot of owners, numbering 136, as members of South City Apartment Owners Association ( SUGRUHA), thereby bringing the total tally to 563. We plan to go for the registration of the next lot in mid October and shall be thankful if those of you who are yet to become members do so at the earliest. Since the present membership of 563 comprises mostly of resident owners, we appeal to all non resident owners to join and strengthen the Association by preparing a Special Power of Attorney as per attached draft, notorising it & sending the hard copy to Mr. A.V.Venkatesh, Secretary, SUGRUHA, B1/1303, South City, Off. Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 560076.
