Dear Fellow Apartment owners:

We are pleased to inform you that a large number of Apartment owners of South City have registered the SOUTH CITY GROUP HOUSING APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION on July 14, under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act (KAOA) with Registration No BNG(U)-JPN/82/2009-10. This registered Association will now take steps to call for a General Body meeting and elect Block-wise representatives, who in turn, will elect the Board of Management.

Meantime, having registered this Association, we call upon all Apartment Owners who are yet to become members to join the Association and thereby strengthen it. A separate communication will follow soon, addressing those who have not yet completed the necessary steps.
