Overwhelming support to the passage of Deed of declaration & Bye laws at the GBM of June 28,2009

Dear All,

I would like to inform that the GBM of 28th June was well attended and the Deed of declaration & Byelaws to be filed for registration of the Association were adopted unanimously with 328 owners in favour and 3 invalid votes out of 331 who participated in the voting.
Please  be informed that we are making good progress in obtaining the Special Power of Attorney from the owners and are confident of registering our Association soon.
