Dear SC residents,

 

It is Halloween time and many of us and our children will be dressing up like vampires & witches. However, did you know that your house is attacked by vampires throughout the year! These vampires suck money out of your pockets! Would you like to know who they are and how to fight them? I assume you would - after all it is your hard earned money!
