NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a General Body Meeting of all Apartment owners of South City Group Housing Complex will be held at 9.30 am on Sunday the 28th June, 2009 at the Basketball court ,
South City to transact the business of considering and passing the following Resolution by voting through ballot
“ Resolved that, the Deed of declaration and the Bye laws, already circulated and now
placed before the Meeting, be and is hereby approved for filing before the concerned
Registrar for registration of the South City Group Housing Apartment Owners Association
under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act 1972”

This Notice is served by display on the boards of the Blocks, along with explanatory note concerning the item on the agenda. A copy of the Notice with enclosure is also dropped in each Owner’s mailbox.
As the agenda concerns all apartment Owners, they will be allowed to participate and vote at this meeting, irrespective of payment of Association membership fees/subscription.
Each apartment Owner is eligible to appoint another owner as Proxy.
The Commission already in place to supervise and conduct voting is authorized to conduct voting by ballot on the Resolution in agenda item.
The Proxy forms are available with the Commission and the duly completed forms are to be lodged or sent as directed by the Commission.
