MESSAGE
I am very much enlightened at this instant that the Libona National High School will be observed its 29th Commencement Program with a theme "Excellence in Educational for Year 2000"
You as the young graduates of today has to face the many challenges in life. The foremost problem that confronts our youths this very day are vices and degrading of our moral values. However, I have strong trust and confidence that the wisdom and intillegence now within your will light your way as you go along to attain your goals . This, I can boast and sound to the people all around that you are the town who are law abiding generations of our time.
As you push through ahead, you should be guided by a firm determination, courage and moral uprightness in order that every lessons you have experienced or acquired both safely to your desired destination.
Again, my best wishes to the faculty members, my dear graduates and parents for a very successful commencement day.

The God-given time is here. After years in the basic education which was filled with uncertainty, at last, you have come to the end of it. Kudos to all of you!
You may have mastered the fundamentals of the academic requirements as well as the eloquence in communication; these are nothing unless you have searched and found the "Holy Grace", the source of peace, love and vision for your persona and professional career in life.
My dear, graduates, our country needs you very badly. After High School you are expected to climb into greater heights of involvement and leadership in the society which i corrupted with materialism and hedonistic styles.
Congratulations to the parents, faculty and school personnel for the support you have invested on our fresh graduates.

To the graduates of 1996
I take pleasure in congratulating each one of you for successfully the first step towards your search for a better way of life.
Your graduation is significant beacause if happened during the mid-decade thrust of our governments' push towards newly industrialized statehood, making your stay in our school very interesting and challenging because of the modernization and innovations undergone by DECS during your time.
The learning that you have gained as a pupil/ student and the training you have undergone while in the tutelage of your teachers along time-honored values such as respect for elders/ authorities, honesty, industry, perseverance and above all of God will be your guide as you chart your way towards the future.
I deeply appriciate the assistance given by your parents and your teachers in making you what you are today.
Congratulations and Goodluck.
