Morning report updates

Morning reports need to be sent in the morning before 07:00.

The crew on board and off needs to look similar to this:

Crew on Board: POB 4


Captain: Chris Deslatte 2/13/14 to 2/27/14

Engineer: Josh Ward 2/20/14 to 3/5/14

A/B: Kirk Larimore 2/13/14 to 2/26/14

O/S: Bobby Childers 2/20/14 to 3/5/14


Crew off:


Captain: Greg Drinkwater due back on 2/27/14

Mate: Joshua Macklin due back on 3/17/14

O/S: Christopher Hinson due back on 2/26/14



Next Crew Change: 2/26/14


The positions you list on the report is what will be entered on payroll and seatime letters.  (See Joshua Ward above).


Dates for "on" and "off" reflect payroll dates.


This will help Ross keep track as he transitions.  Thanks.
