Nupur, this allocation looks good. Release it to your class. But do not release the runners list. Everybody will have to run, so there is no allocation per se. 

Also, there will be a first year meeting tom. Ill text you the time in class so please ensure that it is informed and everyone knows?

Archana, won't it be better if you have a specific runners list? What if people back out saying they have commitments? You can at least warn them in advance.
