Break up for printing stationery

Whoever's printing stationery tomorrow, here's the break up.

Rules: Double Sided - 6 sheets total - 150 copies [900 sheets] (each team and each judge gets one)

Cheat Sheets - Double Sided - 4 sheets total - 300 copies [1200 sheets] (each participants gets one)

Contact List - Single Sided - 1 sheet - 300 copies [300 sheets]

Scoresheets:

• Adj Feedback Form - In normal white sheet - EACH round (including round blank) - 100 copies - Totally 800 sheets
• Team Feedback Form - In colour A - (EACH round - 70 copies) + 60 Round blanks - Totally 550 sheets
• Team Sheet - In colour B - EACH round (including round blank) - 100 copies - Totally 800 sheets

Grand total number of sheets: 4550 sheets

Rates she had proposed:

For double sided: Rules (900 sheets) and Cheatsheets (1200 sheets) = Rs. 2100 [2100 sheets]

For single sided sheets WITHOUT colour: Contacts list (300 sheets) and Adj feedback forms (800 sheets) = Rs. 825 (instead of the normal 1100) [1100 sheets]

For single sided sheets WITH colour: Team feedback form (550 sheets) and Team sheet (800 sheets) = Rs. 1350 [1350 sheets]

Total Expense: Rs. 4275

Request her to reduce to 4200. We'll recompense for that through F&B.
