I would request to avoid the weekend of the 11-13th as I will be on military duty and unable to attend. That is also the weekend that the Frontier Summit was rescheduled to.

Schedules an in-person regular meeting for June 5-6, 2021, at a location to
be designated by the Executive Committee no later than March 31, 2021.

11-13 is also the Florida convention, so that might be the weekend to avoid.

So when is executive committee meeting?

I believe the motion got changed to "for June 2021 at a date and
location..." before passing.

At first, I could not make June 5, but now that event, which was delayed
from last year, has been cancelled due to Covid restrictions. I'd like to
see if anyone has a conflict with June 5-6, 19-20, or 26-27 before setting
the date.

I realized something about ballot access expenditures. No one made a motion
to the 2021 budget to add a proviso that ballot access expenditures be
authorized by the Executive Committee. While we can continue the tradition
of having the Executive Committee authorize ballot access spending, it's
not currently required for 2021.

FYI, most, but not all, previous budgets had someone move to amend the
budget to add a proviso such as "Ballot access expenditures for 2021 may
only be authorized by the Executive Committee and the total expended cannot
exceed the budgeted amount." If the LNC decides that including this is a
good idea for all fiscal years, we should add it to the Policy Manual. The
Policy and Procedure Committee can discuss this.

Aside from the weekend mentioned for our State Convention, I shall be free.
I also believe Porc Fest is June 21st - 27th, if anyone here was planning
