Below are the results for ExCom email ballot 20260326-01EC - Execute Fresh IP Retainer

Motion:

move that the Executive Committee authorize the trademark enforcement litigation in New Mexico as previously presented, contingent on adoption of the budget authorization by the full LNC. Once both approvals are in place, the Chair is directed to execute the retainer agreement with Fresh IP PLC and initiate the litigation within seven days.
