Subject: Ballot Access-Maryland: Executive Committee

I have no issue with supporting the efforts of LP Maryland.  But rather than deal with each affiliate as situations arise, should we be assessing needs nationally, before drawing up a budget for the year?  While allocating a reserve for emergencies. This approach would seem fairer, and promote forward thinking.
