Subject: LNC ExCom Meeting November 21 2025

LNC Members,

This is a notice that an LNC Executive Committee Meeting was called by the Chair on November 19th for Friday, November 21st at 7:30 pm ET.

Motion: Appoint Steven Nekhaila, Paul Darr, Evan McMahon, James Wiley, and Andrew Watkins as the five LNC appointments to the Credentials Committee to be replaced by a vote of the LNC during the next in-person LNC meeting scheduled to take place December 6-7, 2025 in Dallas, TX.

Note: The LNC must populate the Credentials Committee 6 months prior to the start of the next regular convention, this would be prior to the December in-person meeting. I want to give LNC members time to review all submitted applications and tap members before voting to populate the 5 LNC appointments, I have asked these 5 LNC members to serve temporarily until new appointments can be made.
