Good morning,
I'm sure the Convention Oversight Committee and involved LNC members get nagged about speakers and packages a lot - but I have what could be a unique request: lighting.
I don't know if it's planned for next year, but I'd like to argue against the yellow curtain lights. I understand that the LP's color is gold, but I don't think it works well as stage lighting even though it's been used at multiple conventions.

virtually any other setting for Ron Paul.
Or compare these two pictures of Chase:

Heck, even for Trump, we used a mainly blue background - although in hindsight, maybe that would have been a good use for the yellow-orange lights.
Another comparison of the 2024 stage to a previous stage:
Anyway - I don't want to flood you all with 75 pictures, but my point is that the yellow back-lighting washes out certain skin tones and reduces contrast with the other gold branding.
Either blue or black have traditionally worked a lot better.
I realize this is a minor point, but I wanted to get it out there before it fell out of my head.
Including the LNC in case there's differing opinion on this.
Thanks,
