Earlier this evening, I alerted Mr. Rich Bowen, Chair of the Audit Committee, that I had been elected to the Financial Standards Committee, and thus, it would be a conflict of interest to remain on the Audit Committee. Therefore, I offered Mr. Bowen my resignation from the Audit Committee effective immediately. Mr. Bowen had no objection. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
