Attention:

I just made a "shocking" discovery.

The law does discourage bank robbery, but shockingly the legal theory against bank robbery doesn't actually bind me so as to prevent me from robbing a bank. It's just a philosophical foundation of what should happen if a bank is robbed, not a self-executing disciplinary code.

Treating the legal theory as a self-executing disciplinary code could have dangerous implications for the future of all bank robbers.
