Subject: Violative Actions by Region 1 Rep

Hello Mr. McMahon,

I would like to inform you of action taken by Region 1 Representative, in violation of Section II of the Libertarian National Committee's Mandatory Code of Conduct. Specifically, the Representative defamed the vice chair as being "Literally an agent of the deep state", in violation of the prohibition of Committee members from "[engaging] in ad hominem or otherwise indecorous attacks against fellow board members in any official communication (be it internal or public) or in personal public communication." He had also went on to claim that "many member of the LNC" have defended "socialism, communism, or Antifa" and by doing so they should be understood as actually being socialists, communists, or members of Antifa (see attached).

This is only the latest acts in a pattern of continued indecorous behavior against members of this Committee as well as members of the Party in general. While one can have good faith, though extreme, criticisms of actions taken by the Committee, the Representative's actions can in no reasonable way be interpreted as being made in good faith. I believe it is the Committee's responsibility to handle the situation, in accordance with its adopted special and standing rules.

Have a good day,

John Ponty, Liberty Sentries

Yes a very serious accusation indeed,

We must thoroughly examine every single board members conduct and communications towards each other online, especially outside of formal LNC channels to prevent wrong think or hurt feelings. I am hereby calling for the formation of a LNC Sturmabteilung to investigate itself for all possible mean tweet violations and to send the offenders straight to the gulag! I am sure this won't implicate a large portion of the sitting LNC and what we will be left with will be a more functional, pure and righteous LNC as a whole.

The first order of business by the Sturmabteilung will be to investigate, per the code of conduct for LNC members, Exhibit A, attached below to be formally entered into the record.

Ms. Feintech,

If you are going to drag snippets of FB conversations into this, you can at the very least include the fact that Mr. Martin was once again on one of his campaigns to accuse other LNC members (and now JC members) of having engaged in some vaguely defined "misconduct" that he was going to "hold them accountable for," in this particular instance resulting from his misunderstanding of the longstanding JC rules related to submission of amicus briefs and subsequent insistence that the rules were being unevenly applied (in actuality, the JC applied these same rules to everyone who tried to submit something). He then pivoted to once again accusing other LNC members of being "unregistered foreign agents," a very serious criminal offense that he has repeatedly claimed other LNC and LP members are guilty of.

I understand that context can sometimes be inconvenient to certain narratives, but I'm confident in the ability of my associates to read through interactions and determine who the instigator was.

Ms Leatherman,

The Sturmabteilung should consider any and all possible violations by LNC members. My Exhibit A was in addition to the exhibit brought by Mr. Danke in an earlier email as well as in response to the exhibit brought forth by Mr. Phillies as a matter of record so the Sturmabteilung can do its due diligence in considering all offenses while its investigation is ongoing.

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Aloha, Rose!

I will respond to your accusation with a straightforward answer for the conduct you highlighted as a concern. I hope this helps clarify misunderstandings so we can navigate a path forward together as a board.

I genuinely believe, with evidence, that you and your like-minded cohorts are coordinating with individuals who work directly for foreign head(s) of state. This is not a personal attack, but a concern based on publicly documented evidence of foreign capture of the LP over a sustained period.

Image

According to Mr. Davis, Steven Nekhaila introduces a documented foreign agent to the sitting Madam Vice Chair and Kyle Davis. They were "tasked with re-writing the IALP constitution".

Davis continues, and the plot thickens:

Image

I was troubled that he seems to indicate that the LP Alliance faction is operating as an extension of this international syndicate:

"The organization HERE allows us to do the work HERE for the IALP that significantly reduces the tax burden, even if everything is still hq'd in Switzerland."
  • Kyle Davis
Madam vice chair helps us have no doubt about the accuracy of the characterization, nor of her direct involvement: "^All of this is true."

The individual in question above, Mr. Alexander Pierre Crevaux-Asatiani, (aka: Pierre Crevaux) has an LP.org email address, is deeply involved in election activity, influences the highest levels of the LP, wields power on the IALP, and works with multiple heads of state.

Image

This has the plain appearance of a textbook FARA violation, to my layman's eyes, even without considering their legitimacy laundering operations for taxpayer-subsidized political funding overseas.

It is not a breach of decorum or any rules to protect the LP from legitimate risks by raising good faith concerns responsibly and with evidence. This is one reason precisely why I believe the LP-Allies and their cohorts wish to silence me. Would it not be better to have open respectful dialogue in the sunlight?

I hope we can get some answers about why some members of the LNC appear to be acting as proxies on behalf of foreign principals. I mean no disrespect or personal offense to anyone by saying it plainly, but the factual basis for these concerns is public and rather obvious. I do not know what restoration / resolution looks like, but my door is open for anyone who wishes to engage in constructive dialogue.

Sincerely,
Austin Martin

I have no further comments, and will let Mr. Martin’s absurd and not to mention libelous statements about the former chair, current vice chair, and a longtime party member/committee volunteer, stemming from snippets of a public discussion where Mr. Davis and Ms. Griffiths are discussing volunteering their time to serve as US liaisons to the IALP (an organization that convention delegates voted to join over a decade ago but lacked volunteers in recent years) speak for themselves. ☺️

The last thing I'll say on this matter is that I believe it is worthwhile to note that Mr. Martin has had his "concerns" addressed and debunked on several occasions now, and each time has simply chosen to do things like dismiss direct refutations of his claims as "nitpicking" and double down on his accusations.

Friends and Colleagues,

Truth is an absolute defense against false accusations of "libel", and Rose, you confirmed the problem. You did not debunk it.

Besides, this isn't merely my own claim; it is a concern I am raising based on what international journalists have said about your pals.

Image

And, of course, what the people in question say about themselves:

Image

Why is it a problem to ask about this when you are openly engaging in sustained pattern of conduct that seems consistent with the factual pattern of a FARA violation?

Image

It is only "libel" / "defamation" if it is false and reckless or malicious. I am asking for a conversation, and instead of explaining the situation, you and your friends have been attacking me.

Why is it forbidden for me to ask: did you folks register your organization(s) with FARA yet?

What the white whale was to Ahab, has been hinted; what, at times, he was to me, as yet remains unsaid.

Aside from those more obvious considerations touching Moby Dick, which could not but occasionally awaken in any man’s soul some alarm, there was another thought, or rather vague, nameless horror concerning him, which at times by its intensity completely overpowered all the rest; and yet so mystical and well nigh ineffable was it, that I almost despair of putting it in a comprehensible form. It was the whiteness of the whale that above all things appalled me.

Though in many natural objects, whiteness refiningly enhances beauty, as if imparting some special virtue of its own, as in marbles, japonicas, and pearls; and though various nations have in some way recognized a certain royal preeminence in this hue, even the barbaric, grand old kings of Pegu placing the title “Lord of the White Elephants” above all their other magniloquent ascriptions of dominion; and though directly from the Latin word for white, all Christian priests derive the name of one part of their sacred vesture, the alb or tunic, worn beneath the cassock; and though among the Red Men of America the giving of the white belt of wampum was the deepest pledge of honor; and though in many climes whiteness typifies the innocence of brides, the benignity of age; though among the Romans a white stone marked a joyful day; and though in other mortal sympathies and symbolizings this hue has made it emblematic of many touching, noble things—the same hue is made the emblem of the Christian’s Deity…

…Yet for all these accumulated associations, with whatever is sweet, and honorable, and sublime, there yet lurks an elusive something in the innermost idea of this hue, which strikes more of panic to the soul than that redness which affrights in blood.

Image.png

Is it that by its indefiniteness it shadows forth the heartless voids and immensities of the universe, and thus stabs us from behind with the thought of annihilation, when beholding the white depths of the Milky Way?

Image.png

And of all these things the Albino whale was the symbol. Wonder ye then at the fiery hunt?

In Liberty,
Steven Nekhaila
At-Large, LNC

Greetings.

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Thank you.
