LPHI is one of the most successful affiliates in the country at the legislative level, enlarge part did you Austin Martin’s efforts. He did in fact, have a literal fit on his board. He has been justified at every turn.

A massive indictment of Austin Martin by LPHI with all of the shitty things he’s done (with receipts):

- ousted several ExCom members

- sued people, claimed they were Feds

- rewrote the bylaws to suit him

- lied about the work he’s been doing

- lied about how much people like him there

- virtually bankrupted them buying stupid radio ads

- used Party funds to pay his own personal phone bill

Unfortunately, the lady is technically correct that a court admonished me for that — however it was not intentional. 

I have used GPT to find new case references. But in the case she references, I caught errors in the case law citations and ended up cutting most of the citations away entirely, leaving only those I could verify. Unfortunately, I was unaware I had saved multiple draft copies under an almost identical name and in my rush to meet last minute deadlines, I sent a much earlier draft, extra typos and paste errors. 

It was a sloppy mistake. 

The most embarrassing part of it was that I did not realize what happened until the ruling came in against me. I put a lot of thought, effort, voice, and originality into my writing, so this mistake stung me hard. 

So no — I do not rely on AI to provide me with legal knowledge or case law. I've learned what I know though painful experience. I will occasionally ask it to poke holes in my legal theories before I take a matter to an attorney for consultation, so I know the right questions to ask, so I don't waste anyone's time. Sometimes it's helpful to point me in the direction of a case to read that may be helpful, without the full context of the case, the quotes aren't worth much.

Members of the LNC,

I am deeply concerned by the nature of this report and the method by which it was presented and then escalated.

The frantic nature in which this done strongly appears to me to betray the real motive behind bringing this forward, and fits directly in with a pattern of behavior recently seen from several board members.

Upon taking a slight look into this document, most of the grievances raised against Mr. Martin appear to be centered around giving an opposing perspective to simply losing out on political disagreements.

I am particularly disgusted at the fact that Ms. Hallesy specifically attempted to villify Mr Martin for harmless errors that he made in his own legal fight against the state. Mr. Martin has been heroic in his past actions fighting against the state, both in his activism and advocacy as well as in defense of himself and his affiliate. To attempt to villify him for a misstep in that process is rather unbecoming of a fellow board member, and I think demands a sincere apology.

The few items that could raise a reasonable question hardly seem sufficient to justify the irresponsibly rushed manner in which it was put forward, including sending on the public mail list.

With all factors considered, it is my personal belief that this report is another attempt to continue the inappropriate pattern of retaliatory behavior against Mr. Martin for our ongoing Whistleblower complaint.

I stated this in my previous email, and I will state it again now. I caution members of the LNC from engaging in further acts of retaliation and suppression in response to the whistleblower complaint.

I ask Ms Hallesy specifically to apologize to Mr. Martin for the inappropriate attacks and attempts to undermine him, likely having been seeking to influence the business of his state party against the interests of the most dedicated supporters of the state party.

These despicable actions coming from some members of the LNC need to stop. History will not be kind to those who retaliate against whistleblowers (or to those who systematically work to suppress them and impede the investigations from behind the veil of confidentiality, Mr. Chair)!
