Subject: IALP Resignation

Since I didn't really get to speak on the matter.

Since Steven appointed Rachael to the IALP the motion should've been considered out of order anyways.

If Steven did it on behalf of the LNC without consulting the LNC in the first place then the appointment to begin with I believe would be invalid, if the appointment was not on behalf of the LNC then only Steven(or the IALP) needed to accept her resignation.
