Attached are the draft minutes for the 2026 Libertarian National Convention.

Please apprise me of any mistakes in the minutes.  These minutes have been submitted subject to Article 10.9 of the National Bylaws.

Note carefully that the entries in the table of appendices are hyperlinked to the documents referenced.  Efforts are still underway to incorporate those documents more directly into the minutes as has been past practice.  Let me know if you have any trouble accessing linked documents.

Just from a first skim-through:

On p33 “Chair Nekhaila moved to suspend the rules to decredential Andrew Allgood (NH) for
allegedly assaulting another delegate. This motion PASSED by a show of hands.”

Did Steven say “for allegedly assaulting” or did he say “for assaulting”? I think it was the latter.

Pretty sure it was "allegedly assaulting", but perhaps we could consult the recordings to make certain?

It would be good if directors could access the LP recording material to refresh our recollections.

It has been available for a few months. You haven't been relistening to it while on road trips? I guess Hawaii Road Trips aren't quite as long as Wisconsin cross state road trips. I have relistened to most of the national convention a second time. It's exciting stuff. It is on the Libertarian Party YouTube channel live tab.

Just to clarify, we do not have the full convention recording set.

The recordings on YouTube are missing key pieces and events.

We do not, to my knowledge, have the full A/V set from convention available to us. If that could be made available, I would be grateful.

Mr. Martin,

We have received the master recordings from the convention. The files are quite large and not clearly labeled.

We prioritized the video of speakers so that we could post the speeches to our YouTube channel. We can prioritize other videos next.

Do you happen to know which sessions are missing or incomplete off the top of your head? If not, I can have staff research it.

Either way, I will ask staff to locate and create videos for the sections where the streaming video was missing or incomplete, so that there is a complete record of the business sessions available.
