Mr. Secretary,

The following affiliates have agreed to form a representative region, the Badlands Region, for 2026-2028:

• The Libertarian Party of Alabama (1.31%)
• The Libertarian Party of Florida (5.79%)
• The Libertarian Party of Georgia (2.86%)
• The Libertarian Party of North Dakota (0.18%)
• The Libertarian Party of South Dakota (0.37%)

The region comprises 10.51% of Party sustaining members, qualifying for a Regional Representative and Alternate.

Attached is the signed Badlands Region formation agreement.
