NC Members,

An Executive Committee Meeting was called by the Chair on October 7th for Sunday, October 12^th at 7:30 pm ET.

Motion: Create and populate a Litigation Committee tasked with overseeing and managing trademark and ballot access litigation regarding New Mexico.

The noticed motion does not comply with the directive of the LNC from last Sunday. 

The motion adopted unanimously by the LNC was "Direct the chair or his designee/s to prepare a proposal for initiation of trademark litigation, and potentially additional litigation relating to ballot access at the discretion of the chair, in New Mexico, to be presented to the Executive Committee in a meeting to be held within 1 week."

Please adjust the motion to be presented to correctly adhere as directed and required,  and bring a prepared proposal for initiation of litigation, including appropriate budget allocations as called for in the policy manual as part of the process to initiate litigation.
