The games played today during the Excomm meeting highlights why we cannot trust the current leadership to handle any of this for the Party's best interests.  

They cited a fumbled $20,000 bribe which a lawyer offered to the LNC to exclude the region 1 reps from the litigation committee, as way to politically pin the cost of litigation on targets, rather than with whom blame belongs. 

We warned you all that this corrupt and untrustworthy lawyer was lying and had a political agenda. We told you he would never deliver on his false promise. But you all took the bribe, and failed the liberty test again. 

We got to see more coordinated misconduct on display today with multiple corrupt Excom members making malicious and defamatory claims for political benefit. 

You all have the power to stop the madness. The problem isn't thar people like me are calling out misconduct — the problem is the people who try to cover up misconduct by framing and defaming their political opposition. 

Those people need swift accountability.

The language of the policy manual says:

Any member of the LNC may object to consideration of any original main motion to

incidental main motion. This may be done at any time from when the co-sponsors are

requested, and until twenty-four (24) hours after the motion ballot has been started.

The member objecting shall post “I object to the consideration of this motion,” on the

thread containing the motion. Any member also objecting shall have twenty-four (24)

hours from the first objection to also post, “I object to the consideration of the

motion,” A majority of the entire membership of the LNC shall adopt such a motion.

Cosponsors were requested March 16, 2026 6:26 PM (my time), and my objection was raised after only one cosponsor had been given (and it was from an alternate, so it wouldn't likely even count) and within about 20 minutes.

That started a 24 hour timer for a majority of the LNC to object to consideration.

A sufficient number of objections were in before 24 hours, therefore the question shall not be considered.

My dude, the LNC didn't get to vote on hiring the former Chair's domestic partner.

The LNC didn't get to vote on secretly re-hiring him in direct violation of the Policy Manual.

The LNC didn't get to vote on secretly hiring a controversial caucus Chair.

The LNC didn't get to vote on hosting Donald Trump at our convention.

The LNC didn't get to vote on entering into a JFC with RFK Jr. 

The LNC didn't get to vote on publicizing a MAGA/MAHA rally with ties to the former Chair, who has since admitted she was supporting Trump.

We have, however, gotten to vote on the Special Investigatory Report - multiple times. 

We additionally voted to authorize legal action, and it was announced on the live stream by the LNC Chair.

There has been a lot of debate on this matter over the course of a year. 

I agree that there are items we should have gotten to vote on but didn't, but this isn't one.
