Below are the results for email ballot 20260326-02 - Budget Line Increase

Motion:

move to increase the "legal-proactive" budget line item by $10,000 and direct the Chair to sign the retainer proposal with Fresh IP in the amount of $20,000, plus an hourly rate as specified.
