Here are some clips from last night's meeting for easy consumption by the public for those who don't want to sit they a full hour

Part of the larger collection on the whistleblower investigation.

As an alternate, I usually keep my head down and don't say too much. I focus my efforts on my committee work (even helping other committees) because I believe that hard work speaks for itself and the rest is just noise. But while I rarely have a vote on this board, I do have a voice, and I feel compelled to use it to call out the unproductive political theater that has been playing out for the past several months.

What we're seeing from Mr. Chadderdon and Mr. Martin is what you call DARVO, which stands for Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender. They are parading as righteous whistleblowers, thinking our membership lacks the critical thinking skills to see what they're doing. They have been terrorizing this board, including our General Counsel, for months under the guise of transparency and diligence.

The funny thing is that Mr. Martin and Mr. Chadderdon do little to nothing productive on this board. Indeed, they seem hell-bent on preventing productivity, sending walls of ChatGPT-assisted tirades almost daily. As I said during last night's call, Mr. Martin doesn't actually believe the words that are coming out of his mouth. He was elected to this board to be an agent of chaos — to sow discontent and to frustrate/intimidate his perceived political opponents into resignation. His new campaign to purge socialists and communists from the party is fodder for the worst of his base — and a laughably transparent effort to try to drum up outrage, and thus votes, for the national convention in Grand Rapids next year.

Members of this board have received calls at their workplaces and even received threats of arson. Thus far, I've not been a target of this simply because I've kept my head down and focused on the mission. But I feel that to continue to stay silent in the face of such subterfuge would be cowardly and a discredit to the region I represent. During a recent call, Mr. Chadderdon asked board members to show some spine. I couldn't agree more, thus:

I call on all members of this Mises Caucus on this board to stop passively watching this shit show and to speak out against the unproductive, malfeacent behavior of Mr. Martin and Mr. Chadderdon. Grow a pair and quit being enablers.

I call on Region 1 to direct their representatives to DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE or replace them with someone who will.

I will not be gaslighted anymore. I am done this this charade.

Framing last night's meeting as retaliation is in open conflict with the truth.

Mr. Martin could have rendered the entire meeting pointless by simply confirming that he doesn't support the use or threat of violence for political means.
He was provided multiple opportunities to clarify this during the meeting, which would have removed the need for a censure.

LNC members have worked under threats to their careers, threats to their lives, and threats to the lives of their families.
Past LNC members have been falsely and baselessly accused of horrific crimes in order to intimidate them.

In such an environment, a member making repeated threats and refusing to clarify when asked if they mean physical harm is unnecessarily hostile, and - in my opinion - constitutes the threat of force for political means, violating their membership pledge.  This is not simply a case of "not liking what someone said," it is a case of calling a member to be accountable, to have basic decency.

We should be tolerant of differing opinions, but not of threats and destructive behavior. It is immensely irresponsible to wage a political campaign at the expense of the Party itself and in violation of its core principles.

I join in calling on both the Region 1 Chairs and my fellow LNC members to demand better of their reps, to stop enabling bad behavior.

We can have differences of opinion, differences of strategy, and differences of priority - but we cannot have a Party that seeks to initiate force against people for political or social goals.

I don't know about you, but I found this exchange very clarifying all around.

Mr. Martin, for his entire tenure, has been perfectly clear that he intends to hold those responsible for corruption in the LP via the appropriate procedures in the party.  He has argued his position in meetings, filed JC appeals, and sought removals through well-known channels in the party.  This is a deliberate effort to paint him as unstable and dangerous after all your other tactics have failed for months to stop our investigation, and there is no valid basis for it.

He was correct in his other statement in the meeting last night.  You must discredit him. Otherwise, he is exposing you and the corrupt members of this board.
