Chair McMahon,

Below are the OpaVote results for the election to fill the single Non-Officer LNC member seat of the Audit Committee. Approval Voting was used with the candidate receiving both a majority of approval votes and the most votes overall being elected.

Authority:

Per Policy Manual Section 1.03.1 the Audit Committee shall consist of "[o]ne (1) non-officer LNC member and two (2) non-LNC members, excluding the Assistant Treasurer (Bylaws 9.2) with all members elected by the "[n]on-officer LNC members"
