We have an LNC email ballot.  Votes are due to the LNC List on this email thread by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on April 28th, 2026.

Resolution: 

Move to allocate $20,000 from the Legal - General budget line, to be reserved for potential legal action in defense of the ruling in LNC v. Saliba. The reserved funds shall be released for expenditure if determined necessary following presentation by Andrew Chadderdon to the Litigation Committee and to counsel retained for the New Mexico trademark litigation (Fresh IP PLC) regarding recent events in Michigan (tentatively planned for 4/23/2026).

In light of discussions with the Litigation committee and party counsel, I will be voting no for this motion to reserve funds for litigation. 

Alternatively, I will prepare a separate motion for the LNC to consider a filing in the current bank case that addresses the matter more directly and effectively in line with the improper conduct ongoing by individuals relating to the impersonation and sabotage of the Libertarian Party of Michigan. 

In light of the discussions in today's meeting, I believe it is no longer necessary to consider the reservation of this amount of funds. 

I will seek cosponsors for my alternative motion in the near future.
