Subject: ExCom Recommendations

Dear Colleagues,

Tonight, the ExCom has adopted two recommendations to put before the body:

1) Move to ratify the two prior motions to dismiss in the LNC vs Vest suit as recommended by the Executive Committee

2) Move to become co-plaintiff in the LPNM vs NM SoS ballot access case as recommended by the Executive Committee

As such, I shall move both motions by email ballot.
