Aloha!

In the attached resolution, the Libertarian Party of Minnesota expresses its position on the LPNH matter and affiliate autonomy.

Please take a moment to consider the statement of the Minnesota Party on current LNC controversies.

Thanks for your prompt attention to this important matter.

Aloha, Ken!

This thread is about the Minnesota Party's resolution — and my job is to make their voice heard. I appreciate that you could have reached out to me privately, however, instead, you took the time to confirm that your posture toward states making submissions is not meaningfully different than those who are not. Thank you.

I will refrain from adding the JC from further correspondence on such matters.

Mahalo, again for clarifying your position.

Hi Austin,

Unless this is being submitted as part of an amicus brief by a sustaining member of the national party, or being submitted as part of a supplemental filing by one of LPNH or the LNC, this has no meaning to the Judicial Committee.

Thank you,

Ken Moellman
Chair, Judicial Committee

Greetings.

LPMN's resolution has been added to the Lpedia page matching its topic.
It will also be added to the LPMN page under Resolutions in the coming days.

It resides there along with the other 7 related resolutions passed by various state affiliates in the last month.

For anyone interested, the page is located at:

Thank you.
