Aloha!

Forwarding this to the public list: Oregon joins the growing list of states passing resolutions in support of free speech, due process, and affiliate autonomy.

Mahalo!

Subject: Libertarian Party of Oregon Free Speech Resolution

Good Afternoon!

I am attaching the Libertarian Party of Oregon's resolution regarding state affiliate speech autonomy in this email.

This resolution, adopted by the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of Oregon (LPO) on June 6, 2026, addresses institutional concerns regarding state affiliate autonomy and procedural due process. The LPO clarifies that this resolution does not take a position on the merits of any specific pending affiliate matter but focuses solely on institutional principles. This resolution passed without objection and directed to be sent to the leadership of the Libertarian National Committee. However, I have elected to send to the LNC as a whole.

In liberty,
