Below are the results for the email ballot on the motion to sustain the ruling of the chair that all donations/contributions, without a definition in the bylaws or policy manual, made to the LP count towards membership.

The ruling of the Chair is sustained.

I will be directing staff to go back and look at the membership numbers as of October 31st, 11:59PM, 2025, and see if the 12-month period prior would have had any change in status on sustaining membership, given this ruling, and to report those findings to the Secretary.

Am I to understand the policy manual amendment is intended to correct (reverse, as it were) the effects of this on a going forward basis so that only donations count?
