LNC Members,

A Special Meeting was called by the Chair on June 17th to fill the two At-Large vacancies.

Special Meeting Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. EDT

1. Open Nominations 
2. Candidate Speeches 3 Min/Allow LNC to ask each candidate questions
3. At-Large 1 Election (Appointee will be seated Aug 4th)
4. At Large 2 Election (Appointee will be seated Aug 4th)
5. Adjournment

Doing two separate elections seems to be much cleaner, with seats taking effect the following day so as to prevent the first appointee from being able to vote in the following election. I believe this is fair and simple. - Steven Nekhaila
