Subject: LNC Special Meeting - Feb 10th, 2026 @ 7:30PM EST - 2028 Convention Site Selection

Dear Colleagues,

I call a Special LNC Meeting for February 10th, 2026 at 7:30 pm Eastern to move the 2028 Convention Site Selection:

1. Presentations and questions from venue representatives in El Paso, TX - Frisco, TX - Richmond, VA.
2. Discussion by the LNC
3. Move to vote on the selection of the location for the 2028 LNC Convention via OpaVote. Voting is to remain open for 48 hours with the winner being the location that receives a majority vote, and if no location receives a majority, move to a second round of voting with the two locations that received the most votes.
