The vacancy in Region 3 South representation has been filed by the promotion of Keith Thompson.  The subsequent vacancy in Region 3 South Alternate has been filled by Jessi Cowart.

The vacancy in Region 4 Alternate has been filled by Trendalyn Hallesly.
