I think the Secretary is out of the office today until closer to the meeting time (7:00pm ET). So, I am attaching the Draft Agendas for the LNC Special Monthly Meeting and the Executive Committee Meeting.

As a reminder, after the LNC Special Monthly Meeting the Executive Committee Meeting will take place in the same Zoom session - you do not have to leave and come back into the meeting.

Mr. Shaw, 

Approval of the minutes of the last meeting is not on the agenda.  I apologize that they are not quite ready yet, but I am still well within compliance with the part of Policy Manual Section 1.02.5 that states:

"Draft minutes shall be mailed or emailed to all LNC Members not more than twenty (20) days after each meeting,"

The minutes will be ready well within that timeframe, but they are not currently ready.  I promise that as soon as they are ready, every member of this committee will have a copy in their inbox.

Some concerns have been brought to me about any movement on destroying ballots without the last meeting minutes being accepted first. Since we know the meeting mins are not ready, might we table the ballot item for next meeting?

Aloha,

My motion for substitution cleanly disposes of this, yet it seems it was excluded from the agenda. It should be considered before Mr. Danke's motion. 

Also, the executive session could simply overlap/combine with the litigation update, to avoid redundancy and any need to prematurely adjourn, since the two items are substantially similar.
